Problem with tabbed and right sidebar

Hello,
Is it possible to get an advice to manage tabbed sidebar and right sidebar? I tried to find answers in precedents posts but I didn’t succeed to find a solution.
Here is my problem: when I put a widget in the right side bar, the tabbed side bar disappear and I have the right side bar instead of the tabbed bar.
When I only put a widget in the tabbed bar and nothing in the right bar, the tabbed bar appear but I have default widgets below (search, recent posts, pages and tags that I don’t want in my side bar) that I can’t manage too because I can’t see the widgets in the bars, everything is empty. I would like to activate tabbed side bar and use the right side bar too, could you help me for this ?
