    Hello,
I am still trying to get an issue resolved concerning subscribers on my site (www.fewerpiecesmorepeace). I downloaded the Genesis Palette Pro on or about 12/22/14 and shortly thereafter I noticed the number of subscribers on my dashboard was showing a total of 5 but on my site I had 12. I contacted the folks at Genesis and they told me to deactivate the program and check the subscribers again. If there was not an improvement then I could activate the Genesis program again as the fault was not theirs. I am now trying to get a response from Jetpack to see if there is a problem with their widget on my site. I have been directed to the forums twice and can not find what I need. Please help, thank you.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

I tried using the form on your site, and it seems to be working properly. I subscribed to your blog, and you can now see my email address in your subscriber list.

It’s worth noting that Registered Users and Jetpack subscribers are 2 different types of users:

    • Registered Users appear under Users > All Users in your dashboard, and register through the “Register” link on your log in page.

You receive an email notification when they do so. They do not receive any notifications about your new posts, and are not related to Jetpack in any way. You can disable these registrations by going to Settings > General in your dashboard.

    • Jetpack Subscribers can be found by following these steps:
      https://jetpack.me/support/subscriptions/#view-your-email-subscribers

They do not appear under Users > All Users, and you do not receive an email notification when they sign up. They can sign up via the Subscription form in your sidebar.

I hope this clarifies things a bit.
