    Hello,
I’m using this “<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[mailchimpsf_form]’);?>” to show the form.
With some email addresses return this message “The resource submitted could not be validated. For field-specific details, see the ‘errors’ array.”. What is this? Is a configuration?
    The email address exists.

    Thanks!!

  • Hey Nicomoka,

    Thanks for the message!

In order to take a look, can you please get back to us with the following information?

      1) A link to your form.
      2) Are you modifying the MailChimp List Subscribe Form code, and if so, where are you editing the code and how? (We will be a bit limited in trouble shooting modified form code, but we can certainly take a look and help as much as we can.)
      3) Where are you seeing the error you mentioned?
      4) Any details relating to your workflow would also be very helpful. Links to screenshots can also be really helpful, as long as all sensitive information (API key, etc) is obscured.

Thanks! I look forward to your reply.

    Hi Pearl,
    Thanks for the reply!

    1) The site is inno-forum.org
    2) I use the shortcode to print the form code and only modify the style.
    3) In the form, when try to subscribe some email addresses. (I don’t put here because is not my email address, is for a client).
    4) You can check in the url, but like i said before, i only use the shortcode to print the form.

    Thanks in advance!!

    Nico

    Hey Nico,

It’s good to hear back! Do you happen to have any required fields in your list? If so, it may be that your connected list simply needs to be updated in WordPress. Your list can be updated for the plugin by logging into WordPress, navigating to the Plugins page, and then clicking “Settings” for the MailChimp plugin. From there, please click the “Update List” button shown to the right of the list drop down. That will refresh your list settings in WordPress and that should resolve the form issue you are seeing. But please feel free to reach back out if you’re still running into any errors after doing that – I want to be sure to help out as much as possible.

    Cheers,

    Pearl
