    I am having a crazy difficult time contacting support for premium purchased products. I tried to request a refund for a product that didn’t work out via the refund request form. I did this multiple times since I purchased the plugin in May. I never got a response. I tried to submit a ticket via my account on theeventscalendar.com/support, but the submit button doesn’t do anything… I tried in both Safari and Chrome on a Mac (both up to date). I tried to click on the “Contact” link (https://theeventscalendar.com/?page_id=9116) in the footer of the website, but it is broken. I looked back in my emails for something I could respond to, but the automated emails only provided no-reply@ email address. I only just now thought of using these forums to hopefully get some kind of response.

    Hi Ryan,

    I am very sorry that you had to deal with this, unfortunately we are having issues with our Support Ticket system and we are doing our best to work them out.

    If you want to view your old tickets, you can do so here: https://support.theeventscalendar.com/my_tickets If have no already, you need to create an account there with the same credentials that you used for your TEC account, and they should sync up.

    As well, to sort out your refund issue, can you try submitting a “Questions Before Purchasing” ticket” That usually will let anyone submit, and if you can do this for the refund issue you are having, I will make sure it gets pushed up the ladder and gets taken care of.

    When you submit that, please submit as many details about the refund, when you tried to get one, etc and I will send it to the Billing Department.

    I’m sorry, but when I’m logged in to the link you provided, I don’t see any tickets (I was already logged in with my previous account. I also tried creating a new account). I know I have had old tickets, but not necessarily any from requesting the refund. All attempts for refund were done via refund request form which didn’t require logging in and I never received a response from.

    I also tried to use the “Questions Before Purchasing” ticket and the submit button did nothing when clicking it.

    I’m in a pickle.

    Apologies for the all the trouble here, when you were submitting for a refund, was that past the 30 day mark after purchasing the product?

    As well, could you please try the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/ again and submit a ticket? The Questions before Purchasing should go through no matter what. Please try that, and respond to this thread right after so I can look for your ticket and I will make sure it gets escalated.

    Thanks for your timely response. I did submit the refund request shortly before my 30 days were up.

    I did try to submit a ticket again just now with the “Questions before Purchasing” and the submit button still does nothing… Using latest versions of Safari and Chrome on macOS Big Sur.

    Sorry for the delay on this response, I am really not sure why you are having such a difficult time submitting a ticket there, so here is what I am going to do.

    Can you send me an email at truman@theeventscalendar.com with the email that your license was tied to, and then I will set up a ticket from my end, and then I’ll be able to get it through the system. I don’t mind posting my email here but I won’t ask you to post yours, so please send me one at that address and I will get this taken care of for you

    Thanks Truman for going above and beyond to have this issue resolved through unconventional methods since the typical were not working. I have gotten confirmation that my refund is being processed.
