Problem with submitting support ticket for purchased products

I am having a crazy difficult time contacting support for premium purchased products. I tried to request a refund for a product that didn’t work out via the refund request form. I did this multiple times since I purchased the plugin in May. I never got a response. I tried to submit a ticket via my account on theeventscalendar.com/support, but the submit button doesn’t do anything… I tried in both Safari and Chrome on a Mac (both up to date). I tried to click on the “Contact” link (https://theeventscalendar.com/?page_id=9116) in the footer of the website, but it is broken. I looked back in my emails for something I could respond to, but the automated emails only provided no-reply@ email address. I only just now thought of using these forums to hopefully get some kind of response.
