Problem with submitting form

I’m from Brazil. I’m having a problem submitting forms on the site. I got in touch with my website hosting industry and they said they were fine. And in this case, the error occurs on the development side, this type of error should generally be reported to the responsible developer team of those who created the plugin or theme, for example.
I’ve done it all the way, but form submissions don’t work. The contact form 7 plugin didn’t work and I migrated to another form plugin, I’m using jet-form-builder.
The message it always shows is: There was an error trying to submit the form. Please try again later.
