• Hello

I have a website made with WordPress and with the Genesis template. The website is a membership site, managed with Pro Content Restriction, on the payment site, or PayPal.

Everything worked correctly until this Monday, that Raya has stopped working to indicate the following error: ‘Token of Stripe not available, please try again or contact support in case of problem’.

He reinserted the token generating a new one since this error has already occurred once in the past and was solved in that way, but now it is not solved. They contacted band support, and they tell me the following:

‘In any case, if the payment is occurring through a WordPress plugin, it is likely that they have made a migration to the new PaymentIntents API https://stripe.com/docs/payments/payment-intents’ .

Could you tell me if this is what happens? If so, how can I solve it? I really need to know because I’m losing customers right now.

All the help given is appreciated.

    Regards.

Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://restrictcontentpro.com/support/

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
