Problem with sticky post

Hi,
I still have problems with the sticky posts. they don’t show on the first page. I read the other related problems but they don’t help. I don’t have a real estate page, so the wp-property doesn’t help, and anyway it’s not compatible with the laatest wp version.Can someone help?
