Problem with static front page

    I just made a website with wordpress today. I try to make my front page static, but I can’t figure out where I can do that. I’ve found many videos saying go to Settings->Reading and here make it static and choose which page I would like as home. But the “Front page display”-options are missing. Can anyone help me where I can make my front page static in version 4.0.1?
