    Hi,

Thank you very much for your plugin.

It’s working well so far, but we’re having problems with spam.

we send emails via gmail. We have set our domain address as the default. Now the problem is that most emails end up in spam.

As soon as we use the original email address from gmail, the emails arrive.

MX record and SPF entries are set up.

how can we solve this problem ?

    best regards
    Daniel

Identifying the exact issue can be quite challenging. Could you please verify whether the server IP is on a blocklist? Additionally, consider looking into your DMARC policy as it might be affecting email delivery. Please check these steps to help resolve the problem.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

I have already checked whether the domain is on a blocked list but that is not the case. The emials arrive everywhere except Outlook.

Which tools can I use to check whether the DNS entries are OK?

    best regards
    Daniel
