Problem with spaces between paragraph

I have this problem with my website that I simply cannot add spaces between paragraph. It is getting very annoying.

Even though I tried to had <p></p> before and after each paragraph, the code does not stay…

I also tried to had <br> between each paragraph. When I do this the code will also disapear. I find this very weird and I do not understand why the code will disapear and I do not know how to make my articles look better.
