    Greetings!

We have a multilingual ecommerce which has Italian as the default language and is then translated into English and French thanks to your plugin.

Thanks to woocommerce, we send emails to users for order confirmation, cancellation and processing.
We are having problems with the subject, header and additional content of order completion emails. For all emails we use this method:

[trp_language language=”en_US”] Thanks for choosing us [/trp_language] [trp_language language=”it_IT”] Grazie per il tuo ordine [/trp_language][trp_language language=”fr_FR”] Merci de nous avoir choisi [/trp_language]

and it always works, but for completed order the Italian language is not taken into consideration and the elements mentioned are in English (no problem with the French language).
We don’t encounter these problems elsewhere so we don’t understand where the problem could be.
Can you give us some ideas?

I’ll post some screenshots for you:

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching us!

I tested this on my local environment and everything was working.

Would you be able to test this with an user account and see how this goes through?

Also, you can use https://www.mailinator.com/ for emails testing.

    Let me know about this!

    Kind Regards,

Hi @anghelemanuel99 and thanks for your answer!

We made a few more attempts but the situation remains the same.

As you can see in the attached screens, the Italian user correctly sees the title in Italian in the on hold emails (https://ibb.co/5Bd06gZ), while the completed order is in English (https://ibb.co/1MfqmmP) even though we have provided the translation.

We used the same translation system (see previous post) for the two emails so we don’t understand why this one doesn’t work.

    Hi @alexcozmoslabs !

I’m sorry but the problem is not solved: as I wrote in the previous answer we continue to have problems.

Hi, same problem here, as I see in the forum, other users have the same problem

    Hello there,

Would you be able to give me the steps I need to do and what I need to set on my staging environment to replicate the issue you have?

This will help us to see if the problem is related to our plugin or can be related to a different setup you use.

    Please let me know!

    Kind Regards,
