I had a problem with the “getting started” dialog when I installed Smush It. The skip button wouldn’t work, and the button at the bottom just made a little round circle spin. As a result Smush It wasn’t set up.

Once I disabled W3 total cache I was able to configure and use Smush It.

    Hey @commando,

    Hope you’re well.

To replicate this, I installed the W3 Total Cache plugin first then installed the Smush and when I got Smush first time popup, the buttons work normally. So I can’t replicate it, should I do some other steps to replicate?

Maybe conflict is not with only two plugins there can be other plugins too, did you try with only Smush and W3 Total Cache?

    Cheers,
    Oguz

The steps to replicate are probably very long. The website uses the “My Listing” theme, with plugins including Contact Form 7, Elementor, My Listings Addon, WooCommerce, WP Job Manager, and a couple of CloudFlare plugins. I don’t think there’s anything you can reasonably do to diagnose this one.

If anyone has a similar problem try turning W3 total cache off temporarily.
