    Hello, strangely both the image of the header (bgd) and the image of the background content have shrunk! they are not in their original size!
    no strace of that in the style.css, or in the customize funstions i believe of the theme ?…
    Have a clue?

    haven’t found the right code at the first place:
    the solution is in the code in the style.css here:
    .one-column #page {max-width: …px;}

    Hi, Julie:

    Please make sure you are not making changes directly to the theme files, like style.css. If the theme gets updated because of feature enhancements, bug fixes, or security patches, or if the theme has to be updated because of a change to the WordPress core, then your changes will be lost. Instead, either create a child theme or use a CSS plugin like Jetpack or Custom CSS Manager.
