Problem with site staging category pages

    Hi, I’m trying to do a theme update. I did the test on the staging site, but I couldn’t see the category pages before, they return a 404 error and therefore I can’t verify that the update works correctly.

    Hi @giacomohemp ,

    Can you see the categories in the WordPress admin dashboard? Maybe you have a different permalink structure that may lead to a 404 error.

    Hi fayyaz, thanks for your quick answer.

    I’ve already open a free support ticket, the link you send me just takes me back to creating a new topic like this one.

    On the admin part the categories are displayed correctly. However, if I try to click on them or type them on the frontend of the site, they all return a 404 page. I kindly ask you to help me, I have to update the theme as soon as possible and to do that I have to test it correctly on the staging site
