Problem with sign up page

I am using wordpress ms and I want to allow people to sign up for their own blog. I have it enabled but it keeps on looping back on itself. For example, when people sign up with all of their information and try to submit it, it goes back to the original sign up page. This is the site: htp://ourpokersite.net. Thank you for your help.
