Problem with shortcodes

  • Hello,
    I use convac theme but I have a very big problem when trying to insert shortcodes ( toggle & accordian ) .

    I go to my post when I try to use it the effect does not.
    I click the “+” to view the content but the effect does not happen .

    Here are the examples that I see , I copy the codes , but does not work:

    The shortcodes you’re looking are provided in the pro version only by the theme author.
