By the way my form is on every pages. I run a website using WPML for 2 popups modal in 2 different languages. I tried to create 2 subscription forms for 2 different marketing lists using your plugin and realize that only the first embedded form would work with the shortcode. No other shortcode created would worked except for the first created form. I even tried to integrate 3 shortcodes in the same text bloc and it would only show one. Help me please, or I give up using Campaign Monitor.
I am really sorry, it gives me headache nowadays!!!

    Hi @erodalex ,

Sorry for the troubles with this! At this time our plugin only supports one form per page. You can add forms to different pages on your WordPress site, but it’s not possible to add multiple forms to the same page, I’m afraid. If you add multiple forms to a single page, only the first form will display.

Taking a look at your website, I can see the form is appearing in the modal on the French page but not on the English page. When I check the source code, I see that two forms (one in French and one in English) are included on both pages.

The French form appears first in the source code, and that’s the one our plugin is able to display — but it seems your website is then hiding that form on the English version of the site.

To resolve this, you’ll need to make sure that you don’t include two forms on the same page; make sure that you’ve only included the shortcode for the French version on the French page, and that you’ve only included the shortcode for the English version on the English page.

I’ve gone ahead and added a vote to our feature request list for the ability to include multiple forms on the same WordPress page. If we’re able to include that in a future release we’ll be sure to let you know!

Thanks for taking the time to reach out, and please let us know if there’s anything else we can help with.

Yes I know there is multiple shortcodes on the same page. I want to test it out.
In french my shortcode display my form correctly. But in english, there is no form at all. That is my problem. Is that normal ?

    Hi @erodalex ,

Thanks for following up! As I mentioned, our WordPress plugin only supports one shortcode per page. If you try to include multiple shortcodes on one page, then only the first form will be displayed, and the shortcodes after that will be ignored.

The reason your English form is not displaying is because you’ve placed the French shortcode before that one — so the English shortcode is being ignored. Your website is then hiding the French form, and the result is that no form displays at all on the English version of the page.

To fix this you’ll want to make sure you’ve included only the French shortcode on the French page, and only the English shortcode on the English page.

I hope that this can help clarify, but please let me know if you have any other questions about this!

I would like you to go on my page now and tell me why it is not working still. I only have one shortcode and it does not even work…

I found out that there was a problem with with the association of shortcodes by languages with the popup-maker plugin. Now my shortcodes work both sides. My problem is resolved.

I would leave this suggestion though: You should translate the input text values so we can change “email” string. And you should also display the shortcode in the form’s list page.

Thanks, have a good one !

    Hi @erodalex ,

Thank you so much for following up! Really glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue.

Thanks also for these suggestions regarding translating the email field and displaying the shortcode on the form’s list page. I’ve added your feedback and votes for these features to our feature request list.

If you run into any other questions about the plugin, please feel free to create a new thread and we’ll be happy to help. Hope you have a great day!
