    Hi,

I have a problem with a shortcode which is not working.
At my shared link you can see that shortcode is working fine in normal wordpress page.
But when i use the same shortcode in your plugin for a custom menu, im not able to click the tabs “Alle”, B2B”, etc.

Any idea why this not can work?
The plugin which shortcode is from, is the Simple Link Directory plugin.

    Best regards

    Hi there @kreativjul !
I hope you are having a great day!

I tried replicating the issue by installing the Simple Link Directory plugin on a test site of mine, but unfortunately, it appears that the category tabbing/filtering feature is only available within the premium version of the plugin. Which is why I couldn’t test it out.

However, from your description, it sounds like an issue with a Javascript conflict. Could you possibly open the browser console, then click on a tab within a BuddyPress menu page and see if any error is generated? If so, could you please send me a screenshot?

    Kind regards,
    Nahid

    Hi @nfmohit

I dont get any errors in console.

Im using the Hummingbird Assets, and tried to Reset, but this doesn’t made any change for me.
Do you have other ideas how to figure it out?
Can I send you an email in some way, then i can give you access for my site to check yourself?

    Best regards,

    Hi there @kreativjul !
I hope you are doing well today!

I apologize for the delayed response. Unfortunately, according to the WordPress support forum guidelines, I cannot share an email address or request access to sites.

Could you possibly try running a full conflict test to make sure the issue is not caused by a different plugin or the theme? The concept is to temporarily disable all plugins except the two involved, switch to a default WordPress theme and see if the issue still exists. If it doesn’t, please activate the plugins and theme one by one and see activating which brings back the issue.

Hope this helps. Please let us know if this works for you. Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Nahid
