    When I add social buttons via shortcode the title doesn’t appear, the plugin is intended to be used this way or is an issue?

    My fault: I didn’t read all the shortcode documentation, I simply have to add the title to the shortcode (really annoying because I need to write it in different php files in my theme).

    Shortcode has attributes (including “title”) that you can use to customize the social share bar.
