  • Hello
I am having the exact same problem and would need to display all dwonloads automatically in one page (using the category shortcodes) to avoid my customer having to manually add a short code every new download
    Thanks, Pascal

    Hi Fargia

Just found the (simple) solution explained in the Settings Tab of the Plugin (under shortcodes). Simply use: [download_category category=”#”] and replace # through the slug of your category

    Hi,

Thanks for checking out the plugin ??

I’ve checked all my sites and the short codes are showing just fine. It may be a conflict with another plugin? It seems strange that out of over 1000 users that only two are having the issue… maybe try deactivating your plugins one by one and checking again to see if that’s the issue or you can always right click and view source to see if there’s anything showing in the HTML.

If neither of these work get back to me and I’ll try and help you out.

    Cheers,

    Nik

Im assuming that with no response in two weeks, the issue is resolved.

    Hey,

i have the same problem. The shortcode appears only after I copy the title form on the category page. Exactly in this moment the shortcode is showing.

    I make a short video: https://sendvid.com/2u0xcqz2
