Problem With Shortcode

  • Hi,

    I am experiencing an issue with getting the shortcode to work for star ratings. The auto insert works extremely well, but the shortcode shows an image of the stars but it is not responsive. If you visit this post: https://www.solvibrations.org/improve-customer-retention/ and scroll to the bottom, you will see the the image of stars (manual code) and you will see the auto insert code, which is the only one working which is why I have it active. I want to only use the manual code, because I want that placement of the stars but its not working the way it should. Please advise!

    I forgot to mention that I inserted this code: [yasr_overall_rating]
    Hopefully I won’t have to wait too long for a reply. Last time I had to wait 3 months.

    Nevermind, I was using the wrong code. I had to use: [yasr_visitor_votes]
