Problem with shipping

  • The Force Sell item doesn’t send the weight & dimensions of the attached product.

    The error message is: “UPS Parcel Packing Method is set to Pack into Boxes. Product #2 is missing dimensions. Aborting.”

    How can I fix this?

    Hello,

    The plugin is adding extra product to the cart. What is send to the UPS is not covered by this plugin.

    I see there error “The requested service is unavailable between the selected locations.”
