Problem with divide shipments

Good morning,

the thing is that I would like to start shipping to the Balearic Islands, separating Mallorca from the rest of the islands (because the cost is different), but Woocommerce together with this plugin only give me the option to ship to the Balearic Islands in its entirety, without being able to divide it into Mallorca on one side, and the rest of the areas on the other.

How can I solve this problem?
