Problem with SEO titel

  • WordPress version: 3.5.1
    WordPress SEO version: 1.4.7

    I expected the plugin to do this:
    To show in google my custom made SEO title that i’ve set in the pluginbox beneath my product.

    Instead it did this:
    In google my metatitle shows “name of product – name of site”. And I would like to have it show only my custom made title. How can i do this?
