Problem with Sensei and Elementor Hello?

    This has been posted about before but I have not found any answer or solution.

    I’m using Elementor Hello and Sensei LMS. When attempting to view the permalink to a module, it will not load and just gives a “page can’t be found” error. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I have updated Hello, WP, and Sensei all to the current versions as of today. Thanks.

    This is definitely a theme-specific problem, as using the 2021 theme does not show the same issue.

    I took a look at the Hello Elementor theme code and it looks like Elementor doesn’t have a check for handling taxonomy templates, which is a problem because a module is a taxonomy. Since there’s no check for it, it falls through to displaying its 404 page.

    I’d recommend checking in with the developers of the theme on this one, as it doesn’t appear there’s anything we can do to fix it within Sensei LMS.
