Problem with sending test mail and contact form

    Hi,

    we suddenly have problems with sending the contact form. And also the Test Mail doesnt work. Password and all the other data are correct.

    Thats the error:

    E-Mail-Quelle Elementor Pro Mailer: Anderer SMTP-Server SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.SMTP server error: QUIT command failed

    Can you help us?

    Hi @roycedigital,

    Thanks for reaching out! In case you have changed the password for the email account used to authenticate the WP Mail SMTP plugin, please make sure to update the WP Mail SMTP -> Settings -> SMTP Password.

    Or else, it could be possible that your server is blocking SMTP connection requests as well (Eg: Firewall). In such cases, you need to get in touch with your hosting/email support with the full error log and they should be able to assist you further.

    In the meantime, you may also configure an alternative mailer by following this guide.

    Hi,

    Thanks for answer.

    we already changed the password and talked to our host. It worked a few weeks before. I think since update there is the problem. Can you give us an other advice?
