Thanks for sharing the website’s domain; that’s very helpful when we need to check your account and the emails you have sent with us.
I see only one email has been sent through our servers from your website (the sending test check when validating your key and activating the MailPoet Sending Service), and the sender was a live.com email address.
Could you please go to the MailPoet > Emails, create a test standard newsletter and send an email to yourself, so you can check if there are any error messages when trying to send this email?
Also:
- Are you referring to WooCommerce emails created and setup using MailPoet or WooCommerce transactional emails (sent from the WooCommerce plugin)?
- If you’re referring to transactional emails, can you please let us know which option you have selected to send them in the MailPoet > Settings > Advanced >?Send all site’s emails with…?
- Unfortunately, I found out that your mail servers are currently on a blocklist: https://mxtoolbox.com/emailhealth/jashn.link/ You may want to contact your hosting provider and ask them for further assistance with that.
