Problem with “send link” option

  • Good day,
    When I try to use SEND LINK option, it doesn’t send the email with the link.
    The EBD configuration has already the <b><a href="[file_url]">[file_name]</a></b>
    I already tested other emails and are being delivered without any problems.

    Could you please help me to figure out what the problem is?

    The first button that says “DESCARGAR” will open a popup after clic on it, with the form created by the EBD shortcode.

    Never mind, this is solved now…for all those with a similar problem.
    This plugin requires for the contact form to mantain, its originals name fields for:
    [your-name]
    [your-email]

    If possible, this should be added to documentation or at least to plugin description, because I’m sure all the people who doesn’t speak English as a native language, will always change those field names.
