Problem with [select recipient ]

I’ve problem with select recipient.
[select recipient “Dirigente Scolastico|[email protected]” “Dsga|[email protected]” “Ufficio Personale|[email protected]” “Collaboratore Vicario|[email protected]” “Ufficio Didattico|[email protected]” “PROVA WEBMASTER|[email protected]”]
in my form doesn’t work, it always send mail to my default mail.
