problem with second menu in twentyeleven

  • im trying to add a footer menu for just a privacy and conditions of use links to pages. problem is i cannot delete the “privacy” link from the top menu bar.

    i tried for many hours and have to leave up to the higher powers here. any advice would be greatly appreciated. happy new year to all.
