    1. My site has two languages, French and Arabic. With the French version everything works well, on the other hand with the Arabic version, if you have not connected to the site, the filtering does not work.

    2. For the Arabic version, when I want to send an idea, after clicking on the Send button, the site becomes inaccessible “500 Internal Server Error error”

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @dhouha1990,

I assume you might be using some plugin to manage the languages? I have not done any testing of IdeaPush in a multi-language environment. It sounds like you may need to translate the taxonomies for the different languages. But it’s possible it just might not work for this kind of scenario depending on the translation plugin you are using.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

For your module “ideapush” I had the multilaguage problem.
According to my research the problem comes from the function (getposts()) this function is not compatible with the wpml

    Please find me a solution.
    Thank-you for your prompt response

    Hi @dhouha1990,

What you are saying could be correct, but I just don’t have strong knowledge in this area regarding why get_posts wouldn’t be compatible with wpml. Maybe you could reach out to WPML to find out why get_posts is not translatable or what issues there are, or how I could do things differently.

    Thanks,

    Hi @dhouha199,

By that we mean that the plugin can be translated. Not necessarily that it can work with multiple languages with WPML. In the next release I will find tune that wording to avoid any misunderstanding. If you need assistance with WPML, please contact the WPML team, as they are the ones that can help you translate things. All the strings throughout our plugin are translatable. Thank you,
