    Hi

First of all I have updated everything to the latest including wordpess 4.3, Easy Property Listings 2.26 ,Yoast SEO 2.3.4 as well as visual composer and ultimate addons.

    Now to my problem:
“I keep getting the error: wp-content/plugins/easy-property-listings/lib/widgets/widget-listing-search.php on line 5O”

I have narrowed it down to a conflict between the widget-listing-search and Yoast SEO. More specifically I can use both together with no problem as long as the widget stays in the default sidebar. As i am using visual composer I am placing the widget in the page itself. I can still use it and save it withought a problem.
The problem is only when I finish editing a page and then I go below to the SEO section where i can add descriptions, metatags etc. .Once I finish the editing of the SEO and click on publish or update then I get the error and the page becomes useless (although I can still it in the front as if nothing is wrong).

I can use the widget normally and I can even use the SEO on the property listings adding/editing etc without any problem. The widget crashes the page only when it is added in the page itself.

The site to look at so you understand where the widget is placed is here: https://www.bluechipre.com.au

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated
    Thanks

I can see you have two search widgets on the single page. You are going to need to remove one.

    Hi Merv

I tried your suggestion plus a million other thinks but although it works partially now there is still a bug. I have now narrowed it down further to what I believe may be the exact cause. First of all the error that I am getting now is:

Call to undefined function epl_shortcode_listing_search_callback() xxxxxxxxxxx\wp-content\plugins\easy-property-listings\lib\widgets\widget-listing-search.php on line 36

Further testing though proved that there is a conflict between the widget and the code/field used by Yoast SEO.

    An explanation in simple terms:

I can create my page as above using the widget within the page (if it is one or two widgets makes no difference). I can then go to the Yoast SEO and give a focus keyword and then add the seo title /description etc no problem. If I save the page it crashes with the above error.

If I do though exactly the same but before I save remove the focus keyword but leave the rest then I can save without any problem. So the conflict is between the Yoast SEO field/code that is used for the focus keyword and the fields/code used for the widget.

I hope that helps ?? and please do let me know of any progress.

    Thanks
