Problem with search filter (price)
-
Hi
When I search the price range in the store, some products with higher prices are displayed on the results page:
But when I set the minimum search price to a number higher than 1, this problem is solved:
where is the problem from?
And how can the minimum price for searching be changed so that the user does not face this problem?
For example, he set the minimum search price to 10 instead of 0Thank

Hey there, @vahidmali! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.
To confirm, you are using the default WooCommerce widget to filter by price, right?
I just tested and was not able to replicate this on my website.
Since the website is not in English, I’m not able to check it myself on your screenshot, so can you please confirm if the product you marked there is a variable product that has different prices depending on the variation? ??
Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:
System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.Looking forward to your reply.
Have a wonderful day!

thx
I manually changed the minimum search price from
class-wc-widget-price-filter
The current problem was solved, but the new problem is that it does not show all the products with this price range in the output
?? hey @vahidmali
Moving forward, kindly:
- Revert the manual change of the minimum search price from
class-wc-widget-price-filter
- Change the
Site Language
to English (in the screen atWP Admin > Settings > General
), from the current RTL that appears in the screenshots
See if you can replicate the original issue reported in this thread.
We look forward to your response. In the meantime, please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Hey there, @anastas10s
I reverted the manual changes I made
The problem is still there as you can see in the picture
Hi @vahidmali
I tried to replicate the issue, but unfortunately it is working fine on my testing site.
Let’s dig a little deeper to troubleshoot this issue. Do those products have any variations? And if so, is the price of any variant within the filter condition?
Additionally, it seems like the price filter widget widget might be customized, as it doesn’t appear to be the default one. Could you possibly try using the Price filter block instead of the widget and see if that makes any difference?
In the meantime, you can run a conflict test to help you identify the cause of the issue. More info: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Hi @shameemreza
There are three price filter widgets that I tested with all of them, but the answers were the same
Also, I uploaded a copy of the site on a personal server that you can see for yourself:
If needed, I can create an admin user on this site so that you can see the problem closely

Thank you for your reply.
Please do not offer or share any kind of login information on this forum.
This is against our support policy.I appreciate your step in creating a clone of the site.
This will allow us to freely perform conflict tests on the site.Next, I will suggest you switch the theme to Storefront.
Then disable all the plugins except WooCommerce.
Our goal is to test how the Price filter widget works in the default environment.Could you also share the screenshots of the three price filter widgets you have tried?
I want to test them on my site and see how they work.Looking forward to your response. ??
Best regards.
Hi @doublezed2
I changed the theme and disabled all plugins except WooCommerce
You can see the result: https://92.246.139.39/shop/
When the previous template was active, I had three price search widgets. But now there is only one:

?? hey @vahidmali
I’ve been testing with different price ranges, at the site at https://92.246.139.39/shop/, and something odd appears to be happening, as products with prices outside of set price ranges continue to appear.
How possible is to share a product export, so we can test on our end? As previously mentioned, we are not able to reproduce yet, and having the actual data set will allow for testing with the actual data also.
Once I hear back from you, I will be happy to investigate this further.
Regards,

Hey, @vahidmali!
I tried downloading the product export, but got a page not found error with the link you shared.
Can you please share it again?
Looking forward to your reply.
Have a wonderful day!
Hi @carolm29
To make sure of the previous problems, I configured the server again and copied and installed the updated version of the main site
New link:http://92.246.139.39/wc-product-export.csv
Hello vahidmali,
Thank you for your reply.
I wanted to let you know that I’ve successfully imported the product CSV onto my test site and tested the product price filter. Everything is working perfectly, and only the products within the selected price range are being displayed.
I also took a look at the website https://92.246.139.39/shop/ and noticed that the page appears slightly different from the screenshot you provided.
Could you please confirm if you’ve reactivated the plugins and changed the theme back to Storefront?
It would be helpful if we could keep the plugins deactivated and stick to the Storefront theme for now.Additionally, I suggest reducing the number of products to less than 100.
Feel free to keep the products that you believe might be causing the issue.
Having a smaller product selection will make it much simpler to pinpoint and resolve any potential problems.Looking forward to your response!
Best regards.
