    Hi all:

I’ve discovered this problem when I search posts in the manage panel; I received this message:

Warning: is_writable() [function.is-writable]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/log/php.log) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/tmp:/usr/home/mydomain.com/:/usr/home/phpMyAdmin-plan6/:/usr/home/webstats/) in /mnt/san2/usr/home/mydomain.com/xxxx/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 199

I’ve searched in the forums but I can’t find any solution to this. I hope any of you know some fix for this.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Any search plugins or widgets that you can deactivate to see if it helps?

Gangleri, you’re right. I had installed “Search Everything” plugin and it seems to be the cause. I’ll search for an alternative.

    Thanks a lot.

Damn, I’ve got that one too. I’ll have to look into that before I move to 2.5 I guess…
