Problem with search engine customizer

    I have 3 forms that I use in my website but now I have added one more form, the problem is that it does not appear in the customizer, it does it for a few seconds and then it hides when I check the code it appears “display:none” I deleted that but still the options to customize it do not appear, why? can someone help me?
