Problem with schedules on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

    We are setting up a situation where people can sign up for a 1-hour appointment 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The service we’re using has the same schedule each day of the week – 24 1-hour slots that start on the hour. We have chosen to have people start by choosing the date and not the service (there is only one service).

    When we select a date on Monday-Friday we then get to choose an hour. BUT when we select a date that is on a Saturday or Sunday, we DONT’ get to choose an hour (the list is NOT shown) but it selects 3:00AM automatically and takes us directly to where we enter our details.

    I can’t find ANY option/parameter that shows Saturday/Sunday as being different. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

    More information from more testing:
    Today is the 15th of May. The following days did NOT offer me the hours:
    Saturday May 16th,
    Sunday May 17th,
    Sunday May 24th,
    Sunday May 31st,
    Sunday June 7th,
    Sunday June 14th

    HOWEVER, the Saturdays May 23, 30 and June 6, 13, 20, 27 ALL did give me the option for choosing the hours. Also Sundays started to work starting at June 21.

    So it’s not EXACTLY all Saturdays and Sundays that don’t work but at least these.

    Only one schedule exists on Sunday. Please try deleting the dates below in the “Schedules” tab on Booking Package > Calendar Setting > your calendar.
    May 17.
    May 24.
    June 31.

    That was it. I had not understood that there were day-specific schedules that would override the day-of-the-week schedules. Works great now. Thanks!
