    Hi,

    We have a problem with saving emails from the subscription form. They do not appear in the mailerlite account.

    We have created an api key, set up the form + subscription group.

    We receive a thank you message, but the number of recipients in the mailer lite account does not increase, so it doesnt work.

    Can You check that and tell Us where is the problem?

    UPDATE,

    We cleared server and site cache and now its works but… how to configure subscription form to check doubled emails, which are already in database in mailerlite? We checked and still can add emails, which we registered previously?

    Hello there,

    Existing email addresses can be still entered in the form – there is nothing to prevent the same address to be used I must say. If the same address is entered – it will be able to register via the form once again. In terms of forms – the functionality is taken from MailerLite(it is best to design forms there and then add them to the website via the plugin). There is the DOI option available in the settings of the plugin:

    But it will not prevent the same address from being used in the form.
