Problem with saving contact settings

Hi,
I have a problem with all my contact forms. The registered settings disappeared and in the same way I can’t create a new form because the information disappears, it’s not saved even after saving.
I also noticed that the structure of the contact was changed, reducing the amount of information to be edited, such as Ultimate redirect.
I use together the plugin “Ultimate Addons for Contact 7”.
I need help to resolve this issue.
