Problem with RSS Feeds

I have a bunch of RSS Feeds on the site. Nearly all work just fine but a couple, and it seems that sometimes they work and other times they don’t, give me the following message (on the page):https://feeds.feedburner.com/PalestineThinkTank
Warning: Attempt to assign property of non-object in /www/business/5382/wp-includes/rss.php on line 440This is what’s on line 440
$rss->from_cache = 1;
and the following feed gives the same message
https://rss.russiatoday.ru/index.xmlAny idea what the problem is?
