Problem with REST API

I have installed and purchased the awesome support plugins but I have problem in the REST API. I am not able to get JSON Data even though there are tickets https://u9y.f63.myftpupload.com/wp-json/wpas-api/v1/tickets. I have this working on local system but on the server. Can you tell me whats wrong?
