Problem with required new field with condition

Hi
plugin is great
Just I have this problem:

When I add a new field, I need this field allows only for some specific country and with condition work well

the problem is if this new field is required, because If I use specific Country customer see this new field and input data and ok

but if a customer came from another country (that not allow the new field) if they make an order, they will get an error because need to compile the new field too….also if not see because the condition not is fired…

how can we solve this?

I need new field with condition required only if the condition is fired
