Problem with renewal for Stripe

    Hello

    We are very happy with the plugin!

    We are facing one serious issue though:

    When people automatically renew their paid membership, the system does not update. Meaning, people are complaining, that their account is “expired”, even though they just paid for renewal.

    Hope to get some help on this. We are grateful for the plugin!

    Are you talking about a subscription payment renewal process or a one time payment renewal?
