Problem with registration form

  • Good morning
    I have some problems with registration form…
    When some one try to register their account on my website thy can’t… they don’t receive any email and I can’t see any new account on user menu in my admin dashboard…
    Please help me!

  • Have you tried registering yourself to see what it does? Do you get any error messages in the web browser? 99% of the time I hear of this happening there’s a required form field they didn’t fill out and they missed the error message.
