Problem with Registration Emails

I just installed WP-CRM, and I really like it – but I HATE the email notifications. Specifically, I am using Theme My Login to send out login information emails when I create a new user account. The WP-CRM emails aren’t as flexible with HTML emails, and I can’t get it to direct new users to a link to create a password.

Is there any way to have it revert to the TML emails instead for registrations?
