Problem with registration

    Hi,

    I am writing as website developer of my client. Hi tried to registy into the system, but it ask he expects an personal identification card number, 10 characters, but he only has a passport, which id number has 9 characters (2 letters + 7 numbers), so hi cannot use momentan this payment option.

    Please be so kind and help to us, how can hi complete the registration?

    To better understand, this is when registering to the Stripe Express account, correct? To learn more, can you tell us if you’re registering for your customer as a business or an individual? Which country did you select? Can you share an uncropped screenshot of the screen where you see this issue, please?
