Problem with recurring event

    We have been using your event plugin on our client’s website
    There is an issue about the recurring events appear again after they were deleted them. Here are the steps we did:
    – An admin deleted some recurrences of a recurring event?
    – Then he extended the dates for the recurrences from the current date to 2020?– And the recurrences that were deleted appeared again.?? ?
    – They are also not in the trash anymore

    What should we do to fix it please?

  • Hello,

    Recurring events works a little different to events. When you create a recurring event. ie: Nov 1 to Nov 7. It would create multiple events that span from Nov 1 to Nov 7. Then when you modify the event spans, ie: Nov 1 to Nov 15. it would delete all the previous Events it created and will re-create another set of Nov 1 to Nov 15. Please do note that changing the event details might result in you to lose your bookings also.
