Problem with reCaptcha

Hello, I have setup Google reCaptcha by entering the keys in the integration screen and entered the tag in one of the contact form (there are 4 forms in different languages), so when I enter the details in the required fields in the form on the page, then I click on the Google captcha button and it works as the green tick comes up, but when I click on “send” then the following error message comes up: “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method”. I know this is a SPAM error message as the border is orange, but if I remove the captche tag from the form, then the form works OK. I tried in all the other contact pages but the same problem occurs. Can you please investigate? Just to let you know that I disabled Jetpack and Askimet but the same problem happened.
