Problem with ratings

If you are using the latest version of wordpress and the plugin, there should be no problem. This is a tested scenario and it works well. Never had any complaints

OK, reinstalled plugin, clean web cache and now it seem to be working ??

But another problem – tooltips are not working – they are not shown (tested in Google Chrome/Firefox)… I think there is a report for this issue already…

Hi, It seems, that I have the same problem as eldenroot. As admin everything is fine. When I visit the site from another browser or pc, the star voting diplays nothing and shows the error message. I already tried the shortcode and php, emptied the cache, reinstalled and deactivated all other plugins.

@fatloui, The rating isn’t working for you is that you have not allowed access for non-admins to access your wp-admin script.

Figure out which plugin or what modifications you have done to disable admin scripts for non-admins.

The ajax needs to access https://www.huss-musicinmotion.de/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php for the ratings to be fetched and published.

Hi Kamal. Thanks for your help. Issue solved! Works fine now. One idea for your next update: To show the average of the ratings I can ad plural [s] for English rating[s]. In German I have to use Bewertung[en].
