Problem with random tax in product

Hi there. I’m running a live site right now with Woocommerce (www.querotebio.com) and we’ve started to get some issues regarding the taxes. It seems that Woocomerce is “randomly” modifying some taxes to other without explanation and this is causing issues since sometimes the customer ends up paying more or less than what was supposed to. For instance, we have some products with a standard tax of 23% that get altered to a reduced tax of 5%, for instance. We’ve made several tests and ruled out human error, but I just don’t seem to identify the cause. Can someone assist me in this matter?
