Problem with quotation marks display

  • Hi everyone!
    After updating to WordPress 4.4.1 appeared a strange problem with quotation marks display.
    I am using the Greek version of WordPress.
    The quotation marks (syntacticly are placed correctly) are shown like that “?. That affected all the older posts and taxonomies and strings.
    I am, also, using the Sahifa theme.

    I ‘ve tested Chrome, Firefox, Edge and both Wind-ows and OSx. It doesn;t seems to bee a browser side problem. It’s something inside WordPress.
